Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend it!
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only when your order has been shipped the order has been accepted. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once this has taken place.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email and offer you an alternative if applicable.

1.1. Our Right to Reject or Cancel Your Order
Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. There are automated processes in place to filter out any suspicious orders which may be fraudulent. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.
The product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to. For details on shipping rates, see 3.2.
Currency can be changed using the currency button at the top of the website, although the price will be charged in GBP (Great British Pounds)
The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency.
If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
2.1. Price Changes
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that has already been placed and the order confirmation email sent.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the UK within 48 hours of purchasing with the exception of orders made after 9:30am on a Friday through to 8:30am Monday. All orders placed between this period will be dispatched Monday afternoon. We deliver products from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on certain public holidays, these holidays will be voiced to our customers before the holiday occurs. Please note that order processing may be delayed during busier periods of the year.
3.1. Split Packages
Due to our contract with the couriers, all parcels over 2KG will be split into two parcels meaning you will receive two tracking numbers for one order. An email will be sent to the address you gave at the time of ordering informing you of the split package along with your second tracking number. There may be a small chance your split order may arrive at slightly different times; this will never be more than two working days apart. You will not be charged for any additional shipping costs.

The Americas - 7-15 Working Days
These times are estimates, some orders may arrive after the above estimate due to reasons beyond our control including but not limited to the following:
Issues in customs or with postal service, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PACKAGES SENT VIA STANDARD DELIVERY ARE MORE PRONE TO MISPLACEMENT. THEREFORE, IF THERE IS NO DELIVERY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIS AND YOU MAY BE INELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OF ANY KIND.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Vypex Apparel owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Vypex Apparel's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Vypex Apparel's web site; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Vypex Apparel at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
