HOW LONG WILL IT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE (UK)?

All orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For (Tracked) and can arrive next day or take 4 days (dependent on shipping option chosen and day/time ordered). Once you receive your order confirmation e-mail, we then immediately process your order by packing the products and printing the appropriate shipping labels. Please note, order confirmation e-mails only confirm that we have received your order. You should receive a shipping confirmation no longer than 24 hours after your order was placed. In this e-mail, you will find a link where you can track your order and make any changes if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: during busier periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take longer to process. If your order is not processed within 7 working days of placing your order, you are eligible for a delivery-cost refund.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE (WORLDWIDE)?

International orders are also shipped via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked, dependant on the option chosen at Checkout. Your shipment, dependent on country, can take anywhere from 3-15 days to arrive. This is due to factors out of our control such as Customs and other policies in place by the respective governing body. We do not have any control over customs or import fees, and we apologise in advance if this causes an inconvenience to you (although, we have had no problems with this at all). Again, when you receive your order confirmation e-mail, this is not a notification to tell you that your order has been processed and picked. This is to tell you that we are currently processing it, and you will receive a shipping confirmation including all of the relevant shipping information, including a tracking link (if this option was chosen at Checkout).

Vypex Apparel is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Vypex Apparel is not responsible and has no control over any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUT-OFF TIMES FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING?

We ship 6 days a week. Below are the cut-off times for same day shipping:

Monday to Sunday: order before 4pm GMT for same day shipping

 

When do I qualify for free delivery?

We do offer free delivery. Below are the criteria to acquire free delivery on your order:

UK orders - spend £20 or more for free Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

Worldwide orders - spend £75 or more for free Royal Mail International Delivery.

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or the sizing of your product, please send us an e-mail to info@vypexapparel.com where you should receive assistance within 24 hours. We only accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the original order date. We process our returns on an one-item basis and will exchange any unworn, unwashed, undamaged products (with the tags still attached) accompanied by the receipt that was sent to you with the original delivery. We reserve the right to send back any products to you that we deem unacceptable for return (assuming it was the correct product in the first instance). Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs and or customs fees if applicable. If you return an item outright, the shipping cost is not refunded. We are also not liable for any products lost in the post, so we would strongly recommend using a tracked/confirmed delivery service for peace of mind.

YOU SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT(S) OR THE PRODUCT(S) IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

We apologise in advance for sending the wrong product or a damaged product. We try our utmost to maintain and upkeep product quality and we check the shipments consistently to ensure that they are correct before delivery. Please send us an e-mail at info@vypexapparel.com and we will assist you. The process may be sped up if you e-mail us with attachments of the product when appropriate to show any damage. We check all of the products when they arrive with us to check that they are not damaged and are in a saleable condition. If we accept liability of sending a wrong/damaged product(s), we will cover the re-shipping fees. All you need to do is send us a copy of the shipping receipt, including the cost, weight of the package and shipping address (our returns address) if possible. From this, we will send you the amount to cover the cost, and we will re-ship your correct items once we have received the original products.

HOW CAN I BECOME A VYPEX SPONSORED ATHLETE OR AMBASSADOR?

We do not currently offer sponsorships, but if you feel you have an extreme case to put forward, please send a portfolio to info@vypexapparel.com. We accept ambassadorships but we have limited spaces, so again please e-mail us with a bit of information on yourself and we will guide you through the process.

 

I WANT TO ADD ITEMS/CHANGE MY ORDER, IS IT TOO LATE TO CHANGE?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it can not be altered in any way shape or form. Please e-mail us at info@vypexapparel.com and we will send a refund if you wish to add products/change sizes on your order, although this is a lengthy process. We would recommend placing a new order. If this order is placed before the previous order is shipped, we will place all of the items in the same delivery so they arrive at the same time.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY! WHAT DO I DO?

If you miss your delivery, we would suggest contacting your local delivery office. Dependant on the local delivery office's policies, they can be held from 2-14 days for you to arrange redelivery or a collection. If redelivery or collection is not arranged, the package will be sent back to us. From this, we offer you the choice to have a refund (excluding the shipping cost) or have it re-shipped for a fee. Please e-mail us at info@vypexapparel.com if this applies to you and we will provide assistance. If you are a UK customer, you can arrange redelivery through the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation e-mail, or if a delivery was attempted, Royal Mail will leave a "Something For You" card. 

 

WHEN WILL PRODUCTS BE RESTOCKED?

Currently, we can not predict an exact time frame of when products are restocked due to stock levels, lead times and other mitigating factors. As a new company, we will try our best to restock as soon as possible. We also constantly try to innovate and improve on existing and new products on a consistent basis. If you e-mail or tweet us asking for a time-frame of when a specific product/size will be restocked, we will try and estimate. If you are signed up to our mailing list, we also send e-mails/newsletters with information on new products and restock dates.

 

DOES VYPEX APPAREL SELL ITEMS THROUGH WHOLESALE?

Yes, we currently work with a few stockists. If you are a company that is interested in wholesaling our products, please e-mail us at info@vypexapparel.com or contact us through our Contact form below.
